Fantastic motherboard,
The only problem I had with this board was with the boot options. Be sure to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN to get the additional settings. The only other complaint is that the OK beep is a bit shrill. Minor complaint I know. Other than that, tons of features, advanced bios. Oh, and and if you’re overclocking, do it manually and skip the built in utility. Didn’t seem to work too well.

Mid priced monster,
For an upper-mid quality apparatus, this is an brilliant board. Running at 4GHz stable with an Intel Core i5-2500K Processor 3.3GHz 6 MB Cache Socket LGA1155 voltage is not adjustable in the AI windows utility, but is adjustable in the blue-collar settings of the EFI BIOS. Instructions for using the blue-collar settings are, but, confusing and you are better off googling to bring this board to its right potential. (I probably could have gotten a more aggressive OC, but my goal was 200 fps encodes to .mp4 at 720p, and 4GHz is where I hit that.)

I like factory crippled hardware,
I bought this motherboard with a new i5 2500k, and expected to be overclocking that terrible boy processor at 5.0ghz in no time.
I was incorrect.
Disturbingly, adaptable the stock voltages is not allowed in this base model motherboard, and has been consciously left out of the BIOS by Asus, thus effectively crippling the overclocking potential. This would be like Chevrolet leaving seat belts out of your R/S Camaro in peacefulness to get you to buy an Iroc-Z.
I do not recommend you instead buy an Asus Pro or Luxurious model, rather, I recommend you get a Gigabyte UD4 like I did. They haven’t crippled their boards to upsell you.
Edit: I further found out that the board won’t run SLI or Crossfirex in any lanes other that 16x/4x. That severely dampens the effectiveness of running two gpu’s. Again, go with the UD4, it with pair the gpu’s into the industry standard 8x/8x.
