Logitech B100 Optical USB Mouse

I chose this mouse for my laptop because it is cheap and it has excellent reviews. I like how it feels in my hand. It works very accurately and the pointer is not jumpy. Unbelievable that they can make this for $8.00! I enthusiastically recommend this mouse to anyone who wants a replacement.

Every time I shop for a new mouse for myself I consider many uncommon things, motion sensing system, clickability, reliability of the manufacturer, and of course special features. I for one have ALWAYS bought Logitech mice. They are a trusted manufacturer of peripherals and to be honest, they are some of the toughest pieces of hardware I have seen out there.

I recently chose to switch out my ancient mouse and replace it with an optical mouse. Looking through the vast selection of mice on Amazon I was a small overwhelmed, especially being a gamer (I thought of maybe getting a ‘gaming mouse’), I found many uncommon types of mice with a wide array of special features. What it finally came down to for me was this, I sought after a simple mouse that I could hook up to my laptop and use it without worrying about drivers or special software, and if I lost it for some wits it would be inexpensive to replace. I came upon this model and with a small time I place in the peacefulness to buy one and am very satisfied with the performance and reliability. Certainly value every penny (Not that it is that much to start with =D)

This mouse does the job. It’s practically comfortable and scrolls nicely. The buttons click, the cursor moves – it does all one wants a mouse to do. I got it to use primarily with the extra laptop that’s nearly ten years ancient, and even with the age difference, the mouse gets by the side of with the laptop perfectly. I tried it out with a newer unit, and it worked with that just as easily. No fuss, no muss.

This mouse feels so lightweight that it’s hard to take it seriously (that’s why only four stars). When I first picked it up, I wondered if the manufacturer had forgotten to place in its innards. If I ever have to travel with it, though, I’ll probably be very thankful.

So this is a fantastic mouse, and if you don’t need fifteen buttons, I heartily recommend this one.
